Refund policy

• 30 day production guarantee: Used PV modules sold by Dune Nets, Inc. are guaranteed to produce at least 70% of their nameplate power capacity. If the module does not produce at the stated level and has not been physically damaged when in the possession of the purchaser within 30 days of purchase, the modules will be accepted in exchange for a like panel, or credited towards another equipment purchase from Dune Nets inventory. OEM production warranty, and transfer thereof, is neither guaranteed nor the responsibility of Dune Nets.
